Our staff is committed to increasing educational opportunities and outcomes for Ogden’s youth and families. They collaborate with the school district and other local educational agencies, community members, community organizations, leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to achieve common goals that will continue to make Ogden a great place to work, live, play, and be a student!

Director, Ogden United Promise Neighborhood

Angela joined the team in 2016 to continue developing the Ogden United PN initiative and to expand the team’s efforts to build community partnerships through a collective impact framework. Ogden United PN and its partners are building a pathway of supports and services opening doors to help children succeed in Ogden from the cradle to career. Angela moved to Ogden twelve years ago; she lives in the Ogden United PN footprint and has been an educator in numerous roles for most of her career. She is currently working on her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. Her area of research involves delving into social justice issues surrounding access to equitable educational experiences for all children. Her work with Ogden United PN will help to convert much of the research and theory into direct action to help children reach their full potential.

Tabatha Butler, Partnership Coordinator

TabaTabatha Square-200x200tha joined the team in 2017 as the Partnership Coordinator for Early Childhood. She works with early childhood partners through the Prenatal to 3-year-old to 3-year-old to 5-year-old committees. The committees are focused on educational readiness for children with in the Ogden United PN. Tabatha recently moved to Utah from Montana, there she worked with various non-profits managing a VITA program and working with at risk youth. In Utah she began in Early Childhood at Help Me Grow Utah as a community liaison in Northern Utah. Her work with Ogden United PN will work to involve parents in their child’s education from birth.


KatelynKatelyn Bradley 
Database Manager, Ogden United Promise Neighborhood 
Katelyn manages the ETO Software system that allows our partner organizations to track the impact they are having within the Ogden United PN. She develops and tailors individual sites, and trains organization staff — working to systematically increase the functionality of each site as they work to measure the progression of participants/families over time. Katelyn received her BS from the University of Utah in Mass Communications and MAT with an emphasis on Elementary Education from Westminster College. Before joining our team she worked for 5 years at Social Solutions in Baltimore, MD, where her focus was working with youth organizations to help them track their effectiveness through the use of ETO Software.
